5. Create & Add Tag

You could create Customer Tag such that your staff could add Tag to your customer during conversation.

How to Create New Tag

1. Click your Profile Picture at the top right
2. Go to Settings > Tag Management
3. Click "+Add a Tag"
4. Input your tag and then click "Add"
   

How to Add Tag to Customer

In the Chat Page, you could also create new tag and add tag to your customer.
