    Article Summary

    By default, there are 3 Staff Roles pre-set for your company's MPower CS account. They are:

    1. Company owner Full premission of your company's MPower CS account, including
      mpower-cs-owner-access.PNG

    2. Company admin Admin premission of your company's MPower CS account, including
      mpower-cs-admin-access.PNG

    3. Company staff Staff premission defined by Company owner. Company staff can only access the customer channels which was assigned.

    Note: Company owner and Company admin could assign customer to Company staff.

    How to Define Premission for Company staff

    1. Go to Settings > Role Settings
    2. Click the 3-dot icon next to "Company staff"
    3. Click "Edit Role"

    4. In "Role Details" Tab, select the premission for Company staff, and then click "Save"

    5. In "Channels" Tab, assign channel for Company staff, and then click "Save"

    You could also create new role by click "+Create role" at Settings > Role Settings page.
